Wedding Coordination

Esq.Events knows that every couple's coordination needs are unique and therefore we strive to create a customized coordination plan for each event. Our coordination services are specifically designed so that our couples, their families and guests can truly enjoy their event. At your initial and complimentary consultation, we work with you and your fiancé to determine how far along you are in the wedding planning process and what you both truly want for your wedding day. Together we will customize a level of service that is appropriate for your specific event.


Although sometimes referred to as "Day of Coordination" or "DOC," Esq.Events knows we cannot show up at the Rehearsal and orchestrate your perfect wedding so the process begins in advance. Two months prior to the event, we meet with you and focus on the logistics: developing a detailed itinerary, communicating with your vendors, arranging final venue walk through and finalizing a final payment schedule. By the time the Wedding arrives, we know whats important to you and how to implement your vision!

At a minimum, all wedding coordination with Esq.Events includes:

• Unlimited contact via telephone and/or email
• At least one in person consultation with Jennifer
• A checklist and other planning tools for wedding planning and the day of the wedding
• Wedding Day Management: Full on site assistance at ceremony and reception
• Esq.Events Wedding Day Emergency Kit

Wedding Coordination starts at $1800

Please note that it is always recommended to add an Assistant Coordinator for events with more than 200 guests or in two locations. 

Destination Wedding Coordination

Esq.Events also offers customizable coordination service for any event occurring outside the New England Area. Destination Weddings can be complicated and we are here to help you organize both the "day-of" and the travel while providing on site assistance and Wedding Day Management throughout the event. Whether your dream locale is an Irish Castle, the California Redwood Forest or a Tuscan Villa, Esq.Events will provide you with local support leading up to the big day and insure that everything runs smoothly  for you and our guests.
